Responsibilities- Engage with potential and existing customers to address their queries and provide solutions. Assist the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships. Promote products/services and explain their value effectively. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Requirements- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. A motivated and target-driven individual with a proactive approach. Basic knowledge of technology and ability to learn quickly.
