Luxury Flat Sales (Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Lead Conversion:

Handle walk-ins, inbound leads, and referrals for luxury residential projects.
Engage with HNI/NRI clients, understand requirements, and present suitable projects.
Conduct project presentations and site visits to highlight premium features.

Channel Partner Management:

Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners and brokers across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.
Coordinate regular updates, project launches, and support broker-led sales.

Sales & Negotiation:

Lead negotiations, structure offers, and close high-value transactions.
Ensure all documentation, legal, and financial processes are completed accurately.

Market Research & Intelligence:

Track luxury real estate trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Provide feedback to management on client preferences and market shifts.

Revenue & Target Delivery:

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in luxury residential sales (Gurgaon/Delhi NCR)
Strong channel partner network and HNI/NRI client exposure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with high accountability
Target-driven, professional, and customer-oriented

Desirable Skills:

Experience with reputed luxury developers or real estate consultancies
Familiarity with real estate documentation and payment processes
Strong deal-closing and consultative selling ability
