Real Estate- Sales Executive & Field Inspection

Job Title: Sales Executive & Field Inspection – Real Estate Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in client relations and on-ground field inspections in the real estate sector. The role involves driving property sales, conducting site visits, inspecting real estate projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, developers, and management. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development ·       Generate leads and actively pursue potential buyers through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. ·       Present, promote, and sell real estate projects to prospective clients. ·       Understand client needs and provide property options that best suit their requirements. ·       Negotiate and close property deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ·       Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.   Field Inspection & Site Visits ·       Conduct regular field visits and property inspections to ensure project quality, progress, and compliance with standards. ·       Coordinate with site engineers and developers to gather accurate project updates. ·       Accompany clients for property site visits, addressing their queries and highlighting project features. ·       Identify discrepancies or issues on-site and report them to management for corrective action.   Reporting & Coordination ·       Prepare and maintain sales reports, inspection findings, and client feedback. ·       Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and campaigns. ·       Stay updated on industry trends, competitor projects, and market conditions. Qualifications & Skills ·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). ·       Proven experience in real estate sales, field inspections, or customer-facing roles. ·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously. ·       Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. ·       Willingness to travel extensively for field inspections and client meetings.
