Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective property buyers and sellers. Property Promotion: Present and market properties through site visits, presentations, and digital platforms. Client Consultation: Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets to suggest suitable properties. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements to successfully close sales. Lead Management: Follow up with leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert prospects into clients. Market Research: Stay updated with property listings, pricing trends, and competitor activities. Documentation Support: Assist clients with legal documents, agreements, and loan application processes. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the organization. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
