Job Description

Role Overview: Our client is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join the real estate sales team. This is a dual role involving both field sales and in-office customer engagement. You will play a key role in handling enquiries, scheduling site visits, and guiding clients through the property buying journey. Key Responsibilities: ● Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins ● Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers ● Present and explain project details, USPs, pricing, and offers ● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients ● Follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings ● Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and documentation ● Maintain CRM and update daily sales activities Requirements: ● 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities ● Willingness to travel across Bangalore for site visits ● Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred ● Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
