Job Summary

Anmol Builders & Developers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive cum Team Leader to handle property sales and lead a team of sales executives. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing clients, conducting site visits, and ensuring team performance aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and site visits
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Conduct negotiations and close property deals
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives
  • Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups
  • Motivate team members to achieve targets
  • Conduct daily briefings and weekly performance reviews
  • Support the team in closing complex or high-value deals

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, accounts, and legal departments
  • Ensure smooth documentation and booking process
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Provide market trends and competitor feedback to management

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from booking to possession

Eligibility & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Minimum 1 year experience handling a sales team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good negotiation and closing abilities
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
