Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Dubai real estate market.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Dubai real estate sector.
• Prepare property listings and conduct property showings to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and developers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
• Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using real estate software and databases for property listings and client management.
• Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and present findings effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients.
• Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.

We need candidates who are willing to support from India or willing to relocate to Dubai.
