Real Estate Sales Consultant

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include establishing sales objectives by forecasting and creating sales quotas for the team and individual sales representatives. You will be required to create and execute strategic plans based on market trends and historical data. Managing team performance reviews and implementing reward programs for top performers will also be a part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to enhance their skills, ensure a high professional standard, and assist them in achieving their monthly sales goals. Generating and presenting monthly sales reports to executives will also be a key aspect of your job. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. However, candidates with three to five years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities are necessary for this role. Sales management experience would be a plus. Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is required. This is a full-time position open to both experienced professionals and freshers.
