Job Title: Real Estate Associates – Retail & Commercial Secondary Sales

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales (retail or commercial focus preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Associates to join our growing team, specializing in retail and/or commercial secondary market sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in client engagement, property transactions, and deal closures within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, manage, and close deals in the secondary retail and commercial property market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with investors, property owners, and tenants.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on property trends.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and transactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (secondary sales preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with high-value clients.
• Familiarity with retail and/or commercial property markets.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
