Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The consultant will identify client needs, assist buyers and sellers in property transactions, and ensure smooth closing processes. Regular responsibilities include building relationships with clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and keeping up-to-date with market trends. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate consulting
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
• Ability to provide guidance and Training to clients or colleagues
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a keen understanding of the local real estate market
• Relevant certifications in real estate or a related field are advantageous
