We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive with a focus on Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate market and a proven track record of real estate sales. As a real estate consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into site visits for residential real estate projects (flats, apartments, and villas).
• Handle the entire sales process inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders and real estate developers.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Age : 23- 30 years, only male
• 1 -5 years experience as Real Estate Sales Executive / BDE
• Experience in Residential real estate sales (flats, apartments, or villas)is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any graduation

Salary & Incentives:

Salary - 30k to 45k Incentives - 25k to 80k based on bookings and closures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
