Sales Manager

We are hiring a Sales Manager to handle our growing network of dealers, resellers, and distributors. You will be responsible for managing relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding our partner base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with resellers and distributors
• Consult and guide home buyers/investors with the right property options.
• Follow up with prospects, arrange site visits, and assist in the booking process.
• Work closely with builder sales teams for inventory, pricing, offers, etc.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and closure goals.
• Build and manage a small sales team as needed.
• Maintain regular reporting, CRM entries, and client updates.
• Stay updated on local market trends, new launches, and competition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting
• Willing to travel as needed
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably in CP model).
• Excellent communication.
• Experience in conducting site visits and converting leads to bookings.
• Strong understanding of builder tie-ups, commissions, and pricing.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Fluency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
