Role Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, renting, and selling properties, managing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include promoting property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and maintaining a strong understanding of the local real estate market. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and understanding of real estate trends
• Excellent Sales and negotiation skills to close property deals effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market is an advantage
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work
