Role: Sales and Lease Executive

Experience Required:

What You will Do:

• Handle sales and leasing enquiries and maintain updated property listings
• Conduct site visits and property tours with clients in prime locations
• Present property details, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients
• Negotiate and close leasing or sale deals professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Track Gurgaon market trends and share insights with the team
• Prepare and manage sales and leasing agreements and related documentation
• Meet monthly targets while delivering excellent customer service

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years

  of experience in leasing/sales (residential or commercial)
• Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong understanding of Gurgaons real estate market
• Client-focused attitude and ability to build long-term relationships
• Good presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills
