Job Description

As a sourcing and closing manager, your role will involve assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. You will conduct site visits and property showings, staying updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders will be key, as well as preparing and reviewing documents such as sale agreements, lease agreements, and closing statements. Negotiating prices and terms between buyers and sellers, maintaining CRM records, and following up regularly with potential clients are essential tasks. You will also be expected to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
