Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Faridabad. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, evaluating market trends, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and building strong client relationships. You will also be expected to maintain an updated database of properties, liaise with property owners, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and property valuation
• Competency in sales techniques and ability to present properties persuasively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using real estate software and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with a diverse client base
• A valid real estate license is required
• Familiarity with the Faridabad real estate market or nearby areas is an advantage
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
