Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to buyers in purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms.
  • Assess clients needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property solutions.
  • Handle negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters.
  • Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate the value of properties.
  • Display and market real properties to potential buyers.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain and regularly update property listings.
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
  • Develop a strong network and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
  • Promote property sales through advertising, open houses, and online listing services.
  • Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends and best practices.
