Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Real EstateJob Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive to support on-ground marketing activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, field promotions, branding activities, and coordinating with the sales team to drive site visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Interaction

• Conduct on-ground marketing activities to generate leads (roadshows, canopy setups, door-to-door campaigns, events, etc.).
• Engage with potential buyers in public areas, malls, corporate parks, and residential zones.
• Capture customer information and schedule site visits.

2. Field Promotions & Branding

• Represent the company at local events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, standees, and promotional material in targeted areas.
• Ensure brand visibility in assigned locations through banners, hoardings, and kiosk promotions.

3. Site Visit Coordination

• Coordinate with clients to arrange and follow up on property site visits.
• Assist customers during site visits by explaining project features and available units.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to visit.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Visit surrounding project locations to gather market intelligence.
• Track competitor pricing, offers, footfall, and marketing strategies.
• Provide weekly reports on field activities and market insights.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to align field strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and campaign performance.
• Submit daily/weekly activity reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
