Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead - Partnership (Gated Society Outreach) located in Bengaluru. The Lead will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with gated societies, enhancing sales opportunities, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include developing and implementing outreach strategies, managing partnership communications, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and managing Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships
• Strong Sales and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
