The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry with a strong focus on property resales and rental transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Management: • Build and maintain a network of clients for property resales and rentals. • Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. • Offer personalized property solutions based on client requirements. 2. Property Management: • Source and list properties for resale and rental. • Conduct property visits, site tours, and inspections with potential clients. • Ensure proper documentation for property listings, agreements, and transactions. 3. Market Analysis: • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics. • Provide clients with accurate and insightful advice regarding property investments. 4. Negotiation and Deal Closure: • Facilitate price and rental negotiations between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. • Ensure smooth deal closures by coordinating with legal teams, banks, and other stakeholders. 5. Post-Sales/Rental Support: • Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring a positive experience. • Address any issues or concerns during the rental tenure or post-purchase. Key Skills and Competencies: • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and documentation. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. • years of experience in real estate, with a focus on resales and rentals. • Valid real estate license (if applicable). • Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
