The responsibilities for this role include: - Maintaining and updating customer databases to ensure data integrity and consistency. - Assisting in creating presentations and data visualizations for sales reviews and management meetings. - Identifying and rectifying discrepancies in data for accurate reporting. - Conducting regular follow-ups with potential customers on inquiries, site visits, and proposal discussions. - Supporting the sales team in nurturing leads through professional communication. - Addressing customer queries and providing necessary information or directing them to the appropriate department. - Keeping a detailed log of all customer interactions and follow-up activities. - Escalating critical recovery cases to the sales manager for intervention. - Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing documentation. - Supporting the sales team in achieving targets by providing accurate and timely data insights. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations. - Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
