Summary:
The Real Estate Portfolio Management Lead is the single point of contact for the Real Estate function within their Market/Market Unit (MU) for portfolio management. They are responsible for developing a future-oriented vision of Accenture's real estate portfolio for their Market/MU, engaging with key business leaders, providing a consistent approach to Accenture Real Estate portfolio management, enabling real estate decision making based on a clear understanding of Market/MU and corporate strategies and financial objectives. They are accountable for understanding Accenture's corporate objectives and the head count growth strategy as set out by senior leadership and developing the real estate strategy that aligns with these objectives. The role is part of a wider Real Estate CoE (RE CoE) organization, reporting into the Global Portfolio Management Lead.Roles & Responsibilities:
Align overall real estate principles to plan and formulate Market/MU real estate strategyDevelop and manage real estate portfolio pipeline plan for the Market/MUProvide senior management with timely information regarding the real estate portfolio and current transaction activityManage Real Estate V&A Due Diligence, including portfolio analysis, financial analysis (incl. dilapidations), Real Estate integration planManage and review all real estate business cases in adherence to real estate policy and procedures (AP20, AP3, AP940 and other Accenture policies as appropriate)Define business cases in the context of the broader strategy and principles, presenting information to support leadership decision makingAssess the portfolio to achieve maximum utilization of our assetsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costEnsure adherence to policies related to Life Safety, GAP, and SustainabilityDirect and manage financial analysis to facilitate real estate decision makingEngage and partner with local capital projects lead for capital estimates and all other relevant mattersResponsible for alignment with corporate standardsAll activities are done in consultation with CS&S Leadership and Services Leadership
Professional & Technical
Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience is similar capacityStrong financial acumenStrong business case development, rationalization and presentation skillsExcellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills Excellent track record of building relationships with stakeholdersStrong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsStrong ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentialityAttention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities
