Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysore for a Real Estate Paralegal. The primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, verifying title insurance, and assisting with commercial real estate transactions, including leases. The position involves collaborating closely with legal and operations teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in handling real estate-related legal matters.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence
• Knowledge of Land revenue documents and its verification processes
• Experience in handling Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with legal and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in legal research and real estate laws
• A degree or certification in Paralegal Studies, or equivalent experience in the legal real estate domain
