Real Estate Paralegal

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to manage post-sales documentation and client coordination for property transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle property-related paperwork, agreements, and documentation
• Manage end-to-end client communication and follow-ups
• Coordinate with legal teams, clients, and registration offices
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all post-sale formalities
• Maintain records of agreements, receipts, and client files
• Support in project handovers and compliance documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate (Law/Commerce background preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of property documentation & registration process preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and record management
• Two-wheeler required for document collection and site visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
