Implement LLM-driven intelligence into user workflows. Build agentic AI clients that handle user intent parsing, tool orchestration, and structured response generation. Architect efficient RAG pipelines with chunk decay, latency budgeting, and cost-aware vector search. Automate evaluation pipelines that test LLM outputs for relevance, accuracy, and coherence. Work closely with DevOps to codify and deploy infrastructure. Continuously refine prompts, embeddings, and model behaviour based on user feedback and regression tests. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in AI engineering and agentic workflows. ✨ Must Have Technical Skills Backend: Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django) Frontend: React or Next.js (with TypeScript - Fundamentals) Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis AI Integration: Experience with OpenAI or Gemini APIs AI Engineering: RAG architecture, prompt design, and output evaluation Frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, LangSmith DevOps: GitHub, basic Linux knowledge 💡 What makes you a good fit 4–6 years of full-stack or backend development experience, with at least 1 year building AI-powered or LLM-based applications AI-native mindset : test fast, trace deeply, pause to reframe when needed Experience with either AWS or GCP stacks Strong knowledge of AI fundamentals - Data processing, Tokenisation, etc Worked with LangChain , and vector database Deep understanding of prompt design, embeddings, and agentic workflows Bonus: Experience with LLM evaluation tools like Promptfoo. ✨ Must Have Soft Skills Taking up responsibility/ownership Technically curious Speed + Depth + Clarity Good Communication and Documentation Skills Customer first thinking Integrity first Joining: Immediate (within 30-45 days) Location: Remote Experience: 4–7 years Compensation: 7–8L per annum + Incentives Type: Full-time, Founding Team Role 📍 You’ll be part of the founding tech team of LandCheck , shaping how AI transforms property due diligence and real estate intelligence in India.
