Join Propflo, a proptech platform transforming how developers and builders manage post-sales, marketing, and customer engagement operations.

We’re looking for a Marketing Tech Specialist to lead the implementation of our Sales & Marketing module for clients. If you’ve worked on lead campaigns, CRM tools, or sales automation and love helping teams use tech smarter — this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Implementation & Setup

  • Understand clients' lead generation campaigns and CRM flows
  • Configure lead stages, site visit logic, and booking flows using Propflo’s platform
  • Tailor inventory and project-level marketing workflows

CRM & Marketing Integrations

  • Integrate platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com
  • Set up lead capture from Facebook/Instagram ads
  • Enable WhatsApp-based lead follow-ups and reminders
  • Work with IVR and call center tools (Exotel, Ozonetel, etc.)

Campaign Automation

  • Set up and monitor WhatsApp campaign templates
  • Review engagement metrics and suggest improvements
  • Train client teams on campaign management and CRM usage

Data & Support

  • Import leads, inventory, and campaign data
  • Validate tagging, source tracking, and duplicate handling
  • Provide client training, UAT support, and SOP handover

Who You Are:

  • 2–5 years in real estate marketing, digital marketing agencies, or CRM roles
  • Familiar with WhatsApp campaigns, IVR tools, or CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of real estate lead flows and digital campaign execution
  • Comfortable with Excel, lead imports, and campaign reports
  • A natural communicator and problem solver

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Hands-on work with Facebook/Google ad campaigns
  • Worked with real estate developers or channel partners
  • Understanding of API/webhook-based tools (not mandatory)
