Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager, based in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management tasks, manage lease administration, and handle both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Daily duties include managing property leases, facilitating tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The role also involves market research, property evaluation, and negotiating lease agreements to optimize property portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Familiarity with handling various types of Leases
• Knowledge in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively
• A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the local Noida real estate market is a plus
