About the Role

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to strengthen the sales team.

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase property sales and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel networks.
• Build strong relationships with developers, brokers, channel partners, and high-value clients.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Handle key client portfolios, ensuring premium service and seamless property transactions.
• Address client inquiries, negotiate deals, and support agents in closing high-ticket sales.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

4. Market Strategy & Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and inventory.
• Provide actionable insights to management for marketing campaigns and product positioning.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies and promotional events.

5. Operations, Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate documentation, CRM updates, and adherence to RERA (or local real estate regulations).
• Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and team performance.
