Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves overseeing property management operations, managing leases and lease administration, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Real Estate Manager will also be responsible for managing commercial real estate portfolios, liaising with clients, and identifying opportunities for optimizing property value and performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to accomplish organizational goals and maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Knowledge of Leases and strong understanding of their administration and execution
• Expertise in Real Estate, with a focus on Commercial Real Estate
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in relevant property management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a closely related field
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
