Job Description:

We are looking for a Legal Executive with hands-on experience in real estate and property-related legal work to manage documentation, compliance, and coordination for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents (Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, MOUs, LOIs, etc.)
• Handling property documentation, title search, and due diligence
• Coordination with advocates, registrars, and government offices
• Managing registration, stamp duty, and conveyance processes
• Ensuring compliance with RERA, local property laws, and regulations
• Handling legal notices, replies, and basic litigation coordination
• Maintaining legal records, case files, and documentation
• Supporting management in legal risk assessment and compliance

Requirements:

• LLB degree (mandatory)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate/property legal work
• Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, and documentation
• Ability to draft and review legal agreements independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Work Location: On-site – Malad West
