Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and explain our Ayurvedic wellness and sexual health products.
• Confidently communicate product benefits to customers and assist them in selecting the right solutions.
• Follow up regularly with hot and cold leads, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure conversion.
• Connect with existing customers for feedback, repurchase, and relationship management.
• Update and manage lead/call data in Excel sheets accurately on a daily basis.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while discussing sensitive health-related topics.

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidate with 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Must have excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience in the Ayurvedic, wellness, or sexual health domain will be preferred.
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and lead management tools.
