Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Executive at our Pune location. The Real Estate Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting customers in finding suitable properties, coordinating with developers, and facilitating property transactions. Additional responsibilities include market research, property promotions, and ensuring a smooth buying or selling experience for clients. The role also emphasizes achieving sales targets and maintaining updated knowledge of current real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Experience or knowledge in real estate sales, negotiations, and closing deals
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze property trends
• Proficiency in sales strategies, property promotions, and lead conversions
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks
• Willingness to work on-site and flexibility for fieldwork as required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in real estate or related industries is advantageous
