Key Responsibilities: · Generate and qualify leads for both customers and vendors in the clean-tech sector. · Conduct business analysis to understand requirements and provide actionable insights. · Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain follow-ups with prospects. · Prepare initial quotes and proposals and ensure proper documentation. · Manage vendor and customer databases, tracking interactions, updates, and progress. · Pass qualified leads, proposals, and relevant information to the Sales and Operations teams. · Support vendor onboarding, relationship management, and customer engagement activities. · Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities. Requirements: · Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. · Analytical mindset with ability to collect, organize, and analyze information. · Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. · Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about sales, business analysis, and vendor/customer management in clean energy. PROPERTY SPECIALIST - ROLE SUMMARY As a Business Development Associate in Sales and Marketing team, you will be the first touchpoint between us and our clients. You will be the first voice representing Ivy Homes to potential sellers and buyers, creating a crucial first impression of Ivy Homes. It’ll be your prerogative to accurately understand the requirements of our customers and help them navigate our business pipeline. You will work in one of the most critical roles supporting both our Sales and Business Development teams. This role is a combination of office and on-site role, where you will get an opportunity to work alongside our Sales team supporting client visits as well. Planning to achieve targets must be your strong suit. You’ll work to ensure the appropriate use of the CRM tool and guarantee hygiene across process implementation in the Sales and Marketing team. WHAT WILL YOU DO? ● You will be primarily responsible for calling a specific number of qualified leads per month for the buying and selling of homes ● Communicating with owners of houses that Ivy Homes is evaluating ● Virtually showcasing our apartments to prospective buyers and help Sales team in closing transactions ● Executing data gathering and logging data promptly on CRM. ● Generating dashboards and reports from CRM to share with stakeholders. ● Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential sellers and buyers. ● In-depth understanding of and coordination with the Operations team for Home Inspections ● Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. ● Staying informed about competing products and services. ● Helping close sales and achieving monthly targets with the Sales and BD team. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE? ● 1-4 years of experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory. ● Enthusiasm to learn record maintenance and reporting in a new CRM system ● Having experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory ● Proficient in English and any other Indian language ● Good organisational skills ● Ability to work at a quick pace ● Ability to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders ● A desire to maintain data in order at all times ● Strong observation skills ● Positive target-driven mindset ● This is a 6-days work week and weekends will be working. This is because weekends are the busiest in the real estate industry
