Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, conducting property market analyses, and developing client relationships. Other daily tasks include promoting properties through marketing strategies, guiding clients through negotiations, and providing advice on property investments. The role will also involve ensuring client satisfaction by delivering professional and dedicated customer service.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Knowledge of real estate processes, property evaluations, and market dynamics
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in real estate sales, including negotiation and closing deals
Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients
Proven expertise in real property regulations and compliance
Experience in the Chennai real estate market is an advantage
High level of organization, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
