Provide feedback and insights to management about customer preferences and market conditions. Customer Relationship Management Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients using CRM tools. Build long-term relationships through trust and consistent communication. Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly. Documentation & Compliance Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transactions. Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12 pass, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Proven experience (6 month) in real estate sales or a related sales role. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of real estate laws, market practices, and documentation processes. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
