· 7+ years of frontend development experience
· Strong expertise in React.js with a focus on reusable components and clean code
· Proficient in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React and Next.js
· Deep understanding of REST APIs, with exposure to GraphQL or gRPC
· Hands-on experience with various rendering strategies: SSR, SSG, CSR, ISR
· Solid testing experience using Jest and Playwright for unit, integration, and E2E testing
· Proven ability to lead frontend projects from design to deployment
· Skilled in designing and building high-quality frontend applications
· Experience running internship or mentorship programs
· Ability to conduct effective code reviews and maintain a clean codebase
· Familiarity with AI tools like LLMs and how they can enhance development workflows
· Strong collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
· Clear communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to clients and non-tech stakeholders
· Comfortable working in agile environments and delivering projects on time
· Demonstrated ability to make informed tech stack decisions for new projects
· Proactive in identifying and resolving API-related or integration issues
· Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with the team
