About the Role
Aarvy Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Interns/Freshers to join our Gurgaon office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in sales, client engagement, and business growth. As a part of our Business Development team, you will gain hands-on exposure to lead generation, client interaction, and business strategy under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead sourcing.
• Support in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Learn to understand client needs and help in preparing tailored business proposals.
• Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations alongside senior team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update business development records using CRM tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.

Required Skills

• Strong interest in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication platforms.
• Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers and students in their final year are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship or project exposure in sales/marketing is a plus (not mandatory).
