Job Title: ReactJS Developer (3–5 Years Experience) Location: Remote / Mumbai Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced ReactJS Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, responsive web applications using ReactJS and related technologies. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS, Redux (or Context API), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs. Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and propose improvements. Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration/deployment. Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and trends Required Skills And Experience 3–5 years of experience in ReactJS development. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS. Strong understanding of React lifecycle, hooks, and component-based architecture. Experience with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration. Experience with Git and version control systems. Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, or other build tools. Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility Preferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScript. Knowledge of Next.js, React Native, or other JavaScript frameworks. Exposure to unit testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
