Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (React + Node) with around 3 years of hands-on experience, who can manage everything from frontend UI to backend logic and deployment. You’ll be the kind of developer who doesn’t just write code — you build products end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js / Express.js (backend).
• Build secure user authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth).
• Integrate and manage payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm, etc.).
• Create responsive and elegant UI/UX interfaces with a focus on performance.
• Develop RESTful APIs and maintain MongoDB / MySQL databases.
• Handle end-to-end deployment on AWS / Vercel / Render.
• Collaborate directly with the core team & founder to define product roadmaps.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js
• Good grasp of frontend frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.)
• Solid experience with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• API design & integration expertise
• Hands-on experience with authentication & payment modules
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub / CI-CD / deployment tools
• Basic knowledge of AWS / Docker / Nginx is a plus

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL
• Prior work in startup or product-based companies
• UI/UX sensibility and ability to collaborate on product design
