About Pro Nation News: Pro Nation News is a fast-growing, bold, and future-facing digital news platform committed to delivering sharp, fact-driven, and high-impact journalism. As we scale our operations and expand our content formats, we’re launching an exclusive podcast series — “Mic On” — that dives deep into stories that matter. We're looking for a dynamic News Anchor & Content Strategist to be the face and voice of our upcoming podcast series and broader news initiatives. About the Role: This is more than just a news anchor role. At Pro Nation News , we want someone who thinks like a journalist, speaks like a storyteller, and creates like a digital native. You’ll be leading from the front—anchoring Mic On , helping conceptualize and script key episodes, and extracting strong content pieces from the podcast for multi-platform use. You'll also contribute across our regular news content—helping build a high-quality, reliable, and relatable news setup. What You'll Do: Anchor episodes of “Mic On” and other Pro Nation News formats with authority, depth, and clarity. Work with the editorial team to identify storylines, breaking news hooks, and trending topics worth exploring. Extract bite-sized content and key moments from podcast episodes for reels, posts, headlines, etc. Script and co-create engaging video and digital content for a wide audience. Stay on top of current events and public sentiment to guide content relevance. Represent Pro Nation News as a credible, confident, and engaging voice in the media space. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in news anchoring, reporting, or content strategy (TV or digital). Strong news sense, excellent scripting skills, and a sharp understanding of audience behavior. Experience with podcasting, voiceovers, or editorial video content is a big plus. Comfortable in front of the mic and camera—clear speech, high confidence, and screen presence are musts. Proficient in Hindi and/or English (depending on content focus). Self-driven, creative, and aligned with the voice & vision of Pro Nation News . Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
