Job Title:

Lead II – Software Engineering – React Native & React JS 27734

Location:

Thiruvananthapuram

Experience:

6 – 10 Years

Salary Range:

INR 26,00,000 – 29,00,000

Role Overview

This is a

hybrid role

with approximately

25% leadership responsibilities

and

75% hands-on technical contribution

, focused on

front-end development

across both

web and mobile platforms

. The ideal candidate should have deep experience with

React Native

(mandatory) and

React JS

, and should be capable of guiding a front-end team while also actively contributing to technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a front-end development team working on cross-platform (web & mobile) solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers
Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
Build responsive web applications using React JS
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and excellent user experience across platforms
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives

Must-Have Skills

React Native – Mandatory
React JS – Strongly preferred
JavaScript/ES6+ proficiency
Solid understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming
Experience working with component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns
Familiarity with Git and modern front-end build tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong communication and leadership skills
Previous experience in a lead or senior developer capacity
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
Comfortable working in Agile teams
Proactive approach to problem-solving

Important Notes

This role requires candidates with strong React Native experience
Candidates with both React Native and React JS experience will be preferred
Candidates from Hyderabad or Telangana are not preferred for this opening due to current team distribution
