React Native & React JS developer

As a Lead II Software Engineer specializing in React Native and React JS, you will be responsible for a hybrid role that includes both leadership and hands-on technical contributions. Your primary focus will be on front-end development for web and mobile platforms, with an emphasis on React Native and React JS technologies. In this role, approximately 25% of your time will involve leadership responsibilities, such as guiding a front-end development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to architectural decisions. The remaining 75% will be dedicated to hands-on technical work, including developing and maintaining mobile applications using React Native, building responsive web applications using React JS, and ensuring high performance and user experience across platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a front-end development team to create cross-platform solutions for web and mobile - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers - Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native - Build responsive web applications using React JS - Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and user experience - Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions - Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills: - Mandatory experience in React Native - Strong preference for experience in React JS - Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+ - Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming - Familiarity with component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns - Knowledge of Git and modern front-end build tools Preferred Candidate Profile: - Strong communication and leadership skills - Previous experience in a lead or senior developer role - Ability to mentor and guide junior developers - Comfort working in Agile teams - Proactive approach to problem-solving Important Notes: - This role requires strong experience in React Native - Candidates with both React Native and React JS experience will be preferred - Candidates from Hyderabad or Telangana are not preferred due to current team distribution If you are passionate about front-end development, particularly in React Native and React JS, and possess strong leadership and technical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
