React Native Mobile Developer (Internship – Unpaid) Location: Remote | Type: Internship | Company: 23 Ventures | 3 - 6 months 23 Ventures is looking for a passionate and driven React Native Mobile Developer Intern to join our fast-moving team. You'll help us build intuitive, high-performance mobile applications using React Native with Expo EAS, shaping the future of real-time communication, location tracking, and offline-first mobile experiences. This internship is ideal for someone eager to work hands-on with a modern mobile tech stack and grow in a startup environment with meaningful mentorship. Tech Stack Highlights: React Native (Expo EAS) – Fast cross-platform development with OTA updates react-native-maps, react-native-background-geolocation – Real-time location tracking react-native-contacts – Secure contact access & syncing react-native-webrtc – Push-to-Talk voice features Auth0, Passport.js – Authentication & session management Twilio SDK – SMS verification OneSignal / FCM – Push notifications Realm / SQLite – Offline data storage Sentry – Real-time error logging & monitoring Responsibilities: Build intuitive, responsive mobile UI with React Native (Expo) Convert Figma wireframes or verbal ideas into polished interfaces Implement onboarding and authentication flows (Google, Apple, Facebook, Twilio) Integrate native device features (maps, background location, contacts, notifications) Develop and maintain real-time voice streaming (WebRTC) Ensure offline-first performance using Realm or SQLite Monitor app health and debug using Sentry Collaborate with backend and product teams to ship fast What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience with a production-grade mobile stack Exposure to real-world startup product development cycles Mentorship and ownership of real features with user impact
