React Native Developer Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled React Native Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JavaScript, ReactJS, and React Native, and will be able to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance apps that feel truly native.

Key Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs for both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with iOS and Android.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal app performance.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code while following best practices.
• Write automated tests to ensure the highest product quality.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate design briefs and requirements into functional apps.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement critical software fixes as React Native evolves.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native when required.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in mobile development and React Native ecosystem.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and ReactJS.
• Proven experience developing and deploying apps using React Native.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience working with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs integration.
• Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Knowledge of native iOS/Android development (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
• Previous contributions to open-source React Native projects.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
