Job Description

React Native Developer: 3 + Years Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented React Native Developer to join our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and be comfortable handling the complete development lifecycle — from coding and debugging to publishing apps on the App Store and Play Store. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native applications. Integrate with Redux for state management and React Navigation for seamless routing. Work with Firebase services. Implement real-time features using WebSockets. Ensure high-quality code by following best practices — clean, modular, and scalable code with minimal conditional logic. Integrate and manage third-party libraries and SDKs as required. Handle app store operations including the end-to-end publishing process for both App Store Connect and Google Play Console. Manage app rejections and make necessary adjustments to comply with store guidelines. Navigate and modify native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) code when necessary. Collaborate with the design and backend teams to define and implement features effectively. Basic understanding of React Native Reanimated for implementing smooth and performant UI animations. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
