Job Summary:

React Redux Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex front-end applications using

  React.js

  and

  Redux

  .
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure efficient data handling between the client and server.
• Write modular, testable, and scalable code in

  Python

  , supporting backend logic or microservices when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and backend developers.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.
• Understand domain-specific requirements, particularly in the

  insurance sector

  , and build features accordingly.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Write unit tests and participate in continuous integration and deployment processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  React.js

  ,

  Redux

  , HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Good understanding of

  Python

• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data exchange.
• Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Git.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
• Experience working with

  Agile methodologies

  and version control tools like

  Git

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or exposure to

  insurance

  BFSI

  risk & compliance

  systems.
• Knowledge of

  Python-based API development

  (FastAPI/Django REST Framework).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with testing frameworks like
