React JS Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated React.js Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building high-quality, scalable web applications and have a solid understanding of front-end technologies, especially the React ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Knowledge of front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite
• Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Next.js or other React frameworks
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹334,734.55 - ₹1,499,302.83 per year
