Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience in React JS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts and will not be required to travel. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality web applications that align with our companys goals and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React JS Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs Help maintain code quality organization and automation Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs Write clean maintainable and efficient code Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the companys security and compliance policies Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success Qualifications Strong proficiency in React JS with 3 to 10 years of experience Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token Understanding of responsive design principles Experience with version control systems such as Git Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements Nice to have experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries Familiarity with Agile development methodologies A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred A passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry trends.
