Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a responsive job portal website/application.
  • Build a resume builder tool with customizable templates and real-time editing features.
  • Implement job search functionality, including filters by location, industry, experience, etc.
  • Develop features for employers to post jobs and review applications.
  • Set up secure user authentication and role-based access (job seekers, employers, admins).
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Jobs, resume parsing tools).
  • Ensure platform is SEO-friendly, scalable, and mobile-responsive.
  • Maintain databases for user profiles, job listings, resumes, and applications.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and regular updates to the platform.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or Laravel)
  • Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with resume parsing and PDF generation libraries
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations
  • Version control using Git/GitHub
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web accessibility

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹15,404.93 - ₹20,462.18 per month
