🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead feature development in React/Next.js with TypeScript
• Architect scalable front‑end systems & optimize performance
• Manage a Turborepo monorepo (CI, caching, shared libs)
• Integrate REST/WebSocket APIs and choose the right state tool (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API)
• Mentor juniors, champion best practices, and drive continuous improvement

🔹 You’re a Fit If

• 2+ yrs front‑end dev experience (≥2 yrs React)
• Deep JavaScript/TypeScript & CSS expertise
• Proven monorepo/Turborepo chops
• Strong performance tuning & cross‑browser skills
• Startup mindset: self‑driven, adaptable, thrives in ambiguity

🔹 Nice to Have

• Next.js / SSR experience
• AWS/GCP DevOps knowledge
• Figma/UX exposure
